How do I place an order on the site?
At that point you will find all our items grouped by category. Select the quantity of the product you chose and add it to your shopping cart, then follow the instructions to check out.
Can I order via e-mail?
If you want to place an order via e-mail you can write to us at info@magilu.it indicating the items of your interest. We custom make every order, therefore you need to specify the necessary measurements and quantities to get an estimate.
Once the estimate is confirmed, you will need to make the payment by advance bank transfer.
Our team will always be at your disposal.
Do I need to resister and open an account to place an order?
The orders can be placed through a registered account or as a guest as well.
How do I take the measurements of a tablecloth?
The measurement will be then calculated as in this example: a 90cm wide and 180cm long table with a 25cm drop length will give in total 90+25+25=140cm of width and 180+25+25=230cm of length. The final tablecloth’s measurement will be 140x230cm.
If the tablecloth needs to be down to the ground, then the calculation will be the same but the drop length will vary depending on the height of the table.
For example if the table’s measurement is 90x180x75h cm, then you will get 90+75+75=240cm of width and 180+75+75=330cm of length. The final tablecloth’s measurement will be 240x330cm.

Can I add more items to my order once I completed it?
No, your order will be immediately processed and custom made by our production, nevertheless you will always be able to make a new order.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Of course, please specify the differed destination of your package in the final step of your order.
How much time does the delivery take?
Magilu will do everything to process the orders within 5 working days.
Deliveries take up to 1 or 2 working days on the national territory.
International deliveries vary depending on the location, however the average is of 7 days for all European cities.

How can I return the goods?
Magilu guarantees your right of withdrawal to the customers within 14 working days, by sending an e-mail to info@magilu.it and indicating the reason of the return.

What should I do in case of a wrong delivery?
In case Magilu sent you a wrong item despite the many checks, you will need to report it to info@magilu.it specifying the invoice number and the name of the item.
It will be our care to make a replacement as soon as possible, once the item has been withdrawn.
What should I do in case of a damaged package?
When the package arrives, make sure of its integrity. In case of damages please sign the courier’s delivery note “with reserve”. Then you will need to send a copy of the delivery note via e-mail to info@magilu.it. The damaged items will be substituted right after that.
